THE MILE : (

The mile was so tiring! The good part is I got less than 10min, which was my goal. I don't think I did my best this time since I really think I walked too much. Last time I got 00:10:02 and this time I got 00:09:50 I improved by 12secs which is great. This is our second last mile so I'm looking forward to not run that much for the rest of the school year.

After the mile was sit and reach, this is where I always get a good score. I think the reason I always get a good schore is because my leg is short for my arm. This time I got 13 for my right and 14 for my left.

The next class I had Pacer (aka beep test) and push up, sit ups. I improved on push ups but i don't think I improved on the Pacer. Which is very sad.

Wow Ivan! I got 41 in the pacer, 100 situps and ... 25 pushups today! In the mile I got 9:14 (retesting!)!
